Wellness Taster Days

If you want to dip your toe in the world of wellness, our Wellness Taster Day is a cost effective way of introducing the concept of wellness to your business. The Taster Day gives staff an awareness that wellness is an individual, team and business responsibility with positive benefits for all.

Wellness Coaching Workshops

Our in-depth health and stress workshops cover a wealth of issues relevant to everyone. A typical workshop day includes our comprehensive presentation including discussion and group coaching, followed by individual coaching sessions with Dr Graham Matthews.

Wellness Support Line

Our wellness programmes highlight health and stress issues for individual employees as well as companies as a whole. As a result, employees are eager to learn more to help improve their own wellbeing and that of others. Our Wellness Support Line provides the opportunity to speak to us individually and confidentially about health and stress issues:

Wellness Checks

Our half day Wellness Checks provide individual wellness coaching for up to 15 people from our expert wellness consultant. Dr Graham Matthews will come to your premises for half a day and his time will be tailored to your company’s needs so that key personnel receive the maximum benefit.
