Wellness at Work

This workshop educates individuals on how to recognise and reduce health issues at work, and includes:

  • Biomechanical health (back injuries, RSI, postural advice)
  • Biochemical health (infections, allergies, drugs and nutrition)
  • Headaches, sleep, and much more…

Unwell people are not productive people and they will certainly find it difficult to be happy in the workplace, compounding the problem further. Wellness is not about waiting for illness to strike before taking action but about being assertive and proactive about your health and the health of others.

The wellness at work workshop is designed to help you appreciate the difference between illness and wellness, how to take control of your own health and how to become empowered in health related matters.
