This advanced workshop introduces the concept of ‘flow’ to the workplace providing an understanding of how flow, drive and individualism contribute to and influence optimal human performance both mentally and physically.

In the context of the workplace, Flow is about matching tasks, challenges and goals to the skills, experience and personalities of the individuals in the team to achieve better results in a less stressful environment.

This workshop is probably more appropriate for senior staff and decision makers.

The workshop includes:

  • An explanation of the concept of flow (optimal stimulation)
  • The benefits of being in flow – health, happiness, creativity, positivity
