Our Approach...

Wellness Works is fronted by Dr Graham Matthews whose proactive health approach focuses on the causes of illness as well as how to prevent illness occurring in the first place. This differs from most western healthcare which is based on trying to make a person better once they become ill by treating their symptoms.

As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Graham’s extensive training includes neurology, orthopaedics, pathology, radiology, kinesiology and functional biochemistry. He is one of a small group of people with advanced training in state-of-the-art nutritional medicine. Graham is also a qualified lecturer with particular expertise in stress and health management, human and sports sciences, leadership and teambuilding skills, and mental health. He has practised abroad, worked in industry, and is a former international ironman triathlete and sports coach.

Graham has a prestigious patient list which includes Olympians and well-known public figures. His depth of knowledge and unique combination of qualifications mean that he is ideally placed to bring cutting edge health and stress education to your business.

Dr Matthews
Dr Matthews is a member of the United Chiropractic Association and an associate member of ISMA (International Stress Management Association), and is fully registered with the General Chiropractic Council of England.

If you would like further information or if you would like to arrange for us to come and see you please contact us (either by email or phone). At our meeting we will answer any questions you have about Wellness Works, find out more about your company and discuss your requirements. We will then come back to you with our suggested programme and quote.
